This Refund and Return Policy explains how Merchk handles product returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made on https://merchk.com. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

You received the wrong product.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product was damaged during transit.
Conditions for return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and invoices must be intact.

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Merchk reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized products.

Items purchased during clearance or sale events.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
4. Return Process

Email support@merchk.com within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order ID and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Eligible items will be scheduled for pickup by our courier partner.

Once received, the item will be inspected. You will be notified of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days after we receive the product.
5. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility
Refunds are issued when:

The returned item passes inspection.

The product is out of stock for replacement.

The order was canceled before dispatch.
b. Refund Mode

Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Refunded via bank transfer after verification.
c. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval. The timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
d. Deductions

Original shipping or COD charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error from our side.

In case of partial returns, only the product value will be refunded.
6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is requested and available, it will be dispatched after successful return inspection. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges.
