We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners. International shipping is not yet supported.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Processing delays may occur during festive seasons or high-demand periods.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may experience additional transit time.

  • Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may apply during promotional offers or on orders above a specified cart value.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • The tracking link allows you to monitor real-time shipment status through the courier’s website.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If an order is returned to our warehouse, the customer can request reshipment by paying the applicable re-delivery charge.


8. Damage During Transit

All products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery at support@merchk.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Eligible cases will be processed as per our Return and Refund Policy.


9. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events (Force Majeure). However, we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.


10. Change of Address

Address changes are only possible before an order is shipped. Once the tracking number is issued, no modification can be made.
